The venue is fairly clean and big size with cooperative and helpful staff members. Its location is particularly good, near watchtower and West Gate-ideal location, historical old town od Khiva, and the Urganch taxi rank. The place to have dinner around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel is Khorezm Art Restaurant, loved this place...

We recently stayed at Alibek B&B & Travel in a prime location right at the entrance of the old city. the owner, although her English was not the best, was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us organize our trip. the breakfast was amazing, with freshly made food every morning. One highlight was the owner helping us plan a day trip to visit five fortresses, which turned out to be a great experience. 👌.

Great location with amazing terrace view. Delicious, varied breakfast and friendly staff. Family-friendly and flexible check-in. Convenient for 2-3 days trip, despite limited storage space. Unbeatable breakfast with generous portions. Local restaurant nearby for good food and tap beer.

The Asian breakfasts were a delightful surprise every morning, giving me a taste of the exotic. The 24-hour front desk was handy for all my late-night needs, and the free WiFi kept me connected throughout my stay.
Who needs privacy or light in a room? I thoroughly enjoyed my half-glazed door facing the street and the noise from the reception.

I had a great stay at Alibek B&B & Travel in Khiva. The location was perfect, just outside the main gate, so I could easily explore the tourist attractions and also go to the supermarket whenever I needed to. The double room I stayed in was small but had everything I needed, including a private little bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of options. The staff, especially Shahbaz, who spoke excellent English, were very cute and helpful, providing recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for its cute atmosphere, great location, and delicious breakfast.

Great location, right by the walls and easy access to the main entrance. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a guesthouse, with a variety of delicious dishes.- The staff was helpful and friendly.
The noise during the night was overwhelming and headache-inducing, with people snoring and everything shaking. I would recommend insisting on sleeping on the upper floors to avoid this issue.

The breakfasts served every morning in the property's cafe were a delightful surprise. The assortment of Asian dishes made my taste buds feel like they were on an adventure! From steaming bowls of noodles to fragrant spices, it felt like I was exploring a bustling food market in a foreign country.
